Resilienz Wellness was founded by Luis Rosa, MD, an Emergency Medicine physician with more than 14 years of experience caring for critically ill and injured patients throughout the United States.
Throughout his medical career, Dr. Rosa has developed a deep appreciation for the importance of prevention, recovery, physical performance, and long-term health optimization. His experience treating trauma, acute illness, chronic pain, and complex medical conditions reinforced one central belief: The best healthcare begins long before someone becomes a patient.
